See your deck in 3D before construction starts
Once your project is booked, we build a 3D model of the deck on your house. You can try different sizes, stair locations, decking colors and railing styles before materials are ordered, so there are no surprises when it's finished.
Built right from the ground up
- Footings sized for your soil and height. American Ground Screw footings install fast with no concrete cure time, or concrete piers where they fit better.
- Steel framing available. Fortress Evolution steel framing won't rot, warp or twist.
- Wood framing protected for the long term. G-Tape joist flashing to keep water out of fastener holes and extend the life of the structure.
- Hidden fasteners and TimberTech Cortex plugs for a clean, screw-free surface.
- Under-deck drainage with Trex RainEscape to keep the space under a second-story deck dry for storage or a patio.
- Built to code and inspected by your city, with NADRA deck safety guidelines followed.

Our process
- Free phone estimate: tell us about your project, budget and timing, and we'll give you a ballpark price.
- Site visit: if it's a good fit, we come out to measure and finalize your quote.
- 3D design: once you book, we create a 3D rendering of your deck so you can finalize the details.
- Construction: demolition if needed, footings, framing, decking, railing and finish work.
- Walkthrough: final walkthrough, cleanup and your 7-year workmanship warranty.

Common questions
How long does it take to build a deck?
Most decks take one to three weeks of construction. We give you a realistic schedule with your quote.
Wood or composite?
Pressure-treated wood costs less up front but needs staining and sealing every few years in Utah sun and snow. Composite costs more to install but needs only occasional washing and carries a 25+ year manufacturer warranty.
Can you replace my deck boards and keep the frame?
No. We build new decks and do full tear-out and rebuilds, starting from new footings and framing, so we can stand behind the whole deck.
