Front porches
We build and extend front porches with composite decking, wide stairs and railing that match your home. Expanding a narrow builder porch is one of the most noticeable upgrades you can make to the front of a house.

Wide landings, picture-framed treads and stair lighting make stairs safer and better looking. We build stairs to code with proper rise, run and graspable handrails.

Common questions
What railing styles do you install?
Our go-to is Fortress FE26 aluminum in Black Sand. We also install frameless glass, cable, horizontal rod, Wild Hog mesh, privacy, composite and vinyl railing. Each has a different look, price and level of view-through.
How tall does a deck railing need to be?
Residential code generally requires guards at least 36 inches tall on decks more than 30 inches above grade, with openings smaller than 4 inches. We build to your city’s code.
Can you replace just my railing?
Yes. Railing replacement is a quick way to modernize an older deck, as long as the posts and framing are sound.
